Thanks Brian and Jack for the quick replies.

I actually followed the directions from the site with the workaround and
Stage still won't run. Then I copied rgb.txt into a whole bunch of locations
suggested in the forum below the bug report and it still won't work. I just
upgraded one of my jaunty machines to karmic, downloaded the newest
ros-cturtle-pr2all binaries and I'm still getting the same error. I'll go
ahead and try putting rgb.txt in /etc/X11 to see if it fixes on karmic.
