[ros-users] New short tutorial: connecting Scratch to ROS

All,

I've put together a quick tutorial on connecting Scratch (the programming
language from MIT:scratch.mit.edu) to ROS. I put this together while
attempting to get my kids more involved with robotics. I hope it will be
helpful to others out there in the same boat as me.
